Any reservation that is made when there is a valid allotment shall be guaranteed by the hotel, will be instantly confirmed, and shall not require additional confirmation by Hotel. TACi shall notify hotel of any reservation immediately made instantly by fax, email. |

Payments of confirmed booking via TACi System are guaranteed by TACi. TACi will pay Hotel the net room rates for all reservations as determined by the Hotel in TACi System. In the case of a customer dispute, discrepancy or audit by legal authorities, Hotel shall produce evidence of guest occupancy. Payment terms shall be determined between the Hotel and TACi. Hotel participating in TACi System must offer a 7-day credit term after guest checked out. |
